Brooke: Office Manager, Optometric Tech, Billing and Claims (2010)
Brooke is the backbone of our day-to-day operations. She handles the billing and insurance claims for the office. Brooke has the amazing patience it takes to work with the insurance companies every day. She also does optometric testing as well as helping out in all areas of the office. We are very lucky to have such a great cross-trained person. Her amazing memory of patients and numbers astounds us all.
Shelby: Reception, Contact lens tech (2021)
Shelby is the baby of the family but comes to us with a drive to learn. She has quickly settled into her front desk position and dived right in to becoming a contact lens technician. Her goal is to cross-train in all areas and be able to jump in where ever needed.
